Ambassadors carry out defined, verifiable work in the physical world: checking a published record against reality, calibrating instruments, recovering missing documents. Each mission ends in evidence that an independent body validates and that re-enters the civic network.
Programme principle
No leaderboards, no points. A contribution counts when it is documented, validated and traceable to a source.
